Thank you, i just approach them very slowly and usually at their level to try and avoid scaring them. Its important not to cast a shadow over them.

That's a good idea! Whenever I try to go slowly, I actually end up going probably a tenth of a mile an hour. x.x Whenever I try to get good close up pictures of anything, it bugs me, because the shots I want to get are always filled with sun, and I always end up casting a shadow.
