This is great Allie, very pretty. Ok, can you tell me how you got the black defining lines around the edges? Is that with a filter in Photoshop??

Actually it is ...at least partially...try messing with Ink Outline filter...also posterizing(about a 20 Level)..and some hand painting the edges...(my photoimpact has a Colored Pen one thats great as well)
