Yeh. I've really been enjoying Megaman lately, so I thought it'd be fun to come up with a fanchar NetNavi. Her name is Ciro. Not sure why, it just seemed to fit.Anywho, this is the first time I've done something in colored pencil in quite a while now. I'm really happy with it. It's so purtyfuly. Except, I'm not so sure about her color scheme. It may certainly be subject to change in the future, so meh. Also...I know her shoulders turned out at a weird angle, and some stuff is definitely positioned wrong, but hey, I'm workin' on it. ^-^;;
And...I'm thinking of possibly designing a NetTop to go with Ciro, so we'll see how that goes.

that's because for some reason when I resize in the program that I scan it in, the resizing doesn't seem to apply on DA.

Strange, what program are you useing?
You can use paint and do a Stretch/Skew and "Stretch" H&V by about 50% that should shrink it down a little
