Description
One day one of Donnies experiments gets into Splinters tea and makes him shrink to half his size!
Donnie explains that it'll wear of in a week or so, but in the mean time Splinter has to spend his days as mini version of himself.

Yeah, maybe he was thinking of using it in his waterbaloons, like a prank, so he put some in a the mug of water, but then he got distracted by the TV and forgot about it. Then Splinter used the same water to make tea and oops! He shrank!
And because Splinter boiled it Donnie doesn't know how long it'll last - though he approximates it to last for a week or so.
