Description Just saw the new trailer for the upcoming animated Spider-Man animated movie and it reminded me of this drawing I made after watching the first trailer around Christmas. I am really looking forward to this movie. The animation is incredible!

Fan fact: Miles Morales first appeared in Ultimate Fallout #4ย and took up the mantle as Spider-Man in the Ultimate universe after the death of Peter Parker.

This is MARVELOUS!!! (heh. Marvel. ) But seriously, this drawing has a really epic feel to it with the glitchy colors around the spiderman and Miles sitting in the dark by himself not showing his face to us. You could have told me this was an official promo-poster for the show and I would have believed you without hesitation. I also LOVELOVE the title, especially in contrast to the popular spiderman Quote "with great power comes great responsibility". Responsibility can be heavy. ย 


And I saw that trailer too! I'm so excited!! Both to see Miles and to see Spidergwen~ The funny thing is, the first time I got to learn about Miles Morales were through a Spider-man/Deadpool comic book. I had NO idea why there was this second spider hero running along with Peter, and the situation didn't resolve itself with Deadpool sharing the confusion and adding 4th wall breaking on top of it...So I went on a google-hunt and after a lot of troubles I found out about the alternate spiderman, aka sweet Miles. Looking forward to see this show.

Sometimes the title can be hard to come up with, but this one I had right from the start - thank you for noticing that little detail! Makes me all giddy!ย

Miles is originally from the Ultimate Universe - like my favorite version of Peter Parker.ย 
I haven't read his comic though, cuz I still haven't gotten over Peters deathย 
But his costume is amazing!!
