Optimize skin, now required Rainmeter 2.3 or higher!

Added settings panel, now everyone can change zip code, language or C/F without edit code.
Feature:
More 20 different icon to display current weather.
System monitor cpu&ram.
Include dark and white variant of clock.
A few language available: English, Russian, Kazakh.

I haven't installed the skins, yet, but I like the clarity and legibility, plus the information density each skin provides.

OK, now I've installed it and am running it, and I still like it. I thought the bar at the top of the screenshot was part of it, which is why I referred to multiple skins - sorry.
