Notes:
Nancy's growth has recently become more extreme. She was around the 25% for height last checkup she is now every past the 100% for height. She is roughly 3 times the normal height for a girl her age. She is currently growing at a rate around 1 to 2 inches per month. At the rate she is growing she is expected to be around 64 to 70 feet tall by time she reaches adulthood. The blood work recently performed showed she has normal levels of Hgh and other hormones she is other wise perfectly healthy other then her previously mentioned extreme growth.

How much does she weigh? Probably 5x my weight IRL.

Using the square-cube method an avg size 8yr old (avg being 50in tall and 58 lbs) at 10 feet tall she would now weigh 801.8 lbs.

Try getting a kid her age to sit still while giving a shot or taking blood.
Add to that the relative thickness of the skin and increased muscle mass... Most conventional methods for keeping a child still would be all but ineffective, along with any regular sized needles.
Also given her body mass, it would take a lot of medicine to be effective.
So, big (strong) kid + big needles = big problem for doctor/nurse

If that girl becomes a giantess than she can move to Weirdland and ride giant-sized horses and become a bodysize changer and it's possible she could be more than just 70 feet tall. Maybe 70'11" or 75'0" at most, but either way that mini-giant child will be a giant grown-up, but hey she can be a superhero cop and walk alone at night at her height. I like Nancy.

This reminds me a bit of Morumo 1/10, where Morumo was a regular sized baby, but grew over the years to become a fifty-foot woman by the end of high school, and there are a couple of flashback scenes that show her 10-12 feet tall at age 6-8.
