This is one of the more interesting takes on the endless staircase I've seen. Usually artists just add stuff to it, or add more layers, or change the shape, but you've actually changed the orientation of it and made it almost like a MΓΆbius strip.

Funny thing is, it's possible to build something similar to this. You just have to be good with angles.
