So, before my dear friend xXPupp3tM4sterXx died tragically in a freak mariachi band accident, they asked me to make a bit of a tutorial thing on how I draw chubby people. They also wanted Hedgie-Nebula to be tagged so I hope this also helps you B)
So Some Tips:
This is important: LEARN WHERE ON THE BODY FAT IS STORED. Please google this, it's not hard to learn at all and I am so sick of seeing people with fat knee-caps or fat on the wrong side of the arm. Please look that up.

Use a lot of curved lines. You shouldn't use a lot of straight lines anyway when drawing realistic art, but a lot of cartoony styles use straight lines. Fatter people have fewer straight edges.

Remember how gravity works. The fat isn't going to float around in the air, so don't draw a big belly floating around as a massive circle. That just looks like vore art and that's nasty. You don't want that, so remember that gravity pulls the fat down.

Don't skip leg day. Remember when Knuccknles the enchilada was redesigned and everyone thought it was funny that he has spindle legs and a big muscular top? That same idea applies to fat people. Fat people don't have a big ol tummy and skinny legs. The THIGHS and HIPS are the first places to start getting big. So please draw big legs. It's not hard, all you do is, starting at the crotch draw a biig curve into the leg to get rid of the thigh gap.
