Nope! She's a dullahan, an Irish mythological character who are portrayed as 'headless riders', so under that helmet there wouldn't be anything other than black smoke or nothing XD!

Couldn't agree with you more on that she's the best female character in Drrr!! I seriously love how unique and different she is compared to all the other female characters in anime.
Moving on to the this drawing. AMAZING! I think the pose you drew her in is stunning! It's not too provocative, but it shows how strong and sexy she still is. I think you did a great job
with the texture of her suit. The shine and shadows are really well blended, and I love how you even included the different coloured highlights from the lights of the buildings onto her suit.
And the motorcycle is done just as well. My favorite part is the tires, and how much detail you put into it.
Also the cityscape....PLS STAPH! It's too good T^T
