"Clarity of thought before rashness of action."

I believe this is a MAJOR upgrade since the last drawing I did of him back in 2008; why that old "art" is still in my gallery, I dunno. Shockwave's always had a unique design that I've always liked. Plus, it's good to see me doing more Transformers fan art.

That reminds me - I need to focus on other art at hand...that rhymes with "G-Wars" and "Fierodon" (right after I finish Part 2 of Blackout286's commission, of course).
