One of my favorite Beast Wars toys. About time I did some art of it.
I had so much fun making this. My favorite part of this process was coloring the tan/gray areas because literally mixing a tan and gray to get the proper color fell into place in such a satisfying manner.
I really wanna draw his beast mode now because I looooooove the chrome on the Transmetals, and Primal is certainly no exception.

Not much of a Transformers fan,but in 1984 when I was 18,I had two younger preteen brothers who LOVED the cartoon. Being either a kind Big Brother or dumb schmuck,I remember buying almost the entire toy series as birthday or Christmas gifts during the 80s.Β No regrets but one or two Ray.
I should have brought for my now Dinosaur/Godzilla collector self the Dino Riders and three huge monster Inhumanoids monsters-to stand along all my Monsters on my shelves.
Next,any Transformers toys from the 80s would be kept UNOPENED and years later sold on E-Bay or collecters' pawn shops!
If Doctor Who can help me,send him to 1984- "Mike,screw the brats! Save the goodies for self!"

Oh man I loved beast wars. It's what got me into transformers in the first place, and the trans metal arc was so cool. You did prime justice!
