I freely admit I drew this because I saw Matt's pic, but am I not allowed to draw a character someone already drew?
I see where you're coming from, though. I don't intend to draw everything Matt does, or what anyone does at that matter. This was just one of those moments where I kinda/sorta did, and I admit it - his Waspinator piece compelled me to draw Waspinator. But at least I drew this myself, and not to mention I didn't flat-out draw the BW and TFA Waspinators in a scuffle (or even worse - copy-and-paste an image onto a Yu-Ghi-Oh card).
Plus, those Dinosaucers pieces you commented on a while back were done because someone paid me to do those (hell, it was the same guy who commissioned Matt to do his renditions), which had nothing to do with Matt doing them. I only agreed to it because it was something I knew I was capable of drawing.
I also failed to mention that this was one of my first Waspinator drawings, and definitely my first attempt at coloring him, and deep down, I feel proud to know that I'm capable of drawing/coloring Waspinator.

Awesome! even though wasps are evil incarnate and hes a giant robotic one, he does look really cool. he has a really cool design and colors. im assuming that that harpon gun thing in his hand is his stinger right? anyway awesome job!
