Description
(Godzilla vs. Digharah)Ah, my first original character lives once again, along with my very first Godzilla redesign!
This Godzilla design hasn't really evolved much - basically the Heisei Godzilla with a sleeker figure. The most notable feature(s), like the "shark fin" crests on my G-Wars rendition of Goji, are the spikes and plates on the arms and legs respectively. The only major change I've made to call this design final is to make the plates on his legs, well, plates (instead of spikes) and have them pointing upward (which I consider an improvement over an older concept [link] ). Even Digharah himself has improved since his last appearence ([link] ). And, it goes without saying, my style has improved.
I LOVED how this turned out. I don't know about y'all, but I think this may be my best one yet. Plus, if you're going to G-Fest, expect to see a price on it!

'Daigara', Hmmmm... I created a Kaiju called Dagura whose design I have not finalized yet. Man, I got scared that I was gonna have to change his name. The awesomeness of your character aside, this makes me wanna finish soon before someone really takes the name first. Unless...

I wish Toho would make a Godzilla anime show, seeing this makes me want something like that!
Awesome design of Godzilla, though to be honest, he looks completely original and nothing like Godzilla GFW. This Godzilla could most likely crush GINO Jr from "Godzilla the Series"

WOW ray thats truly badass! you did a really awesome job. i love those new plates you put on goji's legs they look very cool and can probably provide defense since that area is mostly prone to missiles. Dighara is very interesting. he oddly reminds me of Fiero though for some reason
I also agree with you that this is your best piece ever done though i think that Kaidra piece you did was awesome too and that Gamera vs. Gyaos piece you said your probably going to do will probably be phenominal as well.

Well, the original idea was for him was to be a "rusty" red color, but he turned out a bit "bloody" here. Kinda fits his vicious nature, though. Maybe when he runs low on solar energy (yeah, he absorbs UV radiation), his skin pigments fade and become the "rusty" tone.
I never said I'd be doing a Gamera vs. Gyaos piece (just the two characters separately), but now that you mention it, I'll do it so I'll have another print to sell at G-Fest.

huh so im guessing he doesnt need sun tan lotion when he goes to the beach then uh? so then what happens to him at night? hmmm another thing i noticed is that the blue backround is a bit blurred around his mouth and head. hmmm might just be my PSP.
really? you didnt say anything about do that? hmmmm i thought you did hmmmm eh whatever at least i gave you another money earning idea pretend that that was an indirect commission since i cant actually do commission anyone at the moment lol

He keeps going, but his energy levels are limited. He's like a solar car - he doesn't run off the sun, he runs off of his internal "battery" that's CHARGED by the sun.
That's what confuses a lot of people with solar vehicles - they're like any other electric-powered vehicle, only they use solar panels to recharge the batteries instead of being plugged into a wall. Same with a calculator - when it only works when it's under light, it means the battery is drained. Even when it's cloudy, there's still UV rays getting through (compare a cloudy afternoon to a cloudy night).
As for the quality, it might be because it's a jpeg image. I'll most likely have to stop using PhotoDeluxe to add the watermark.

oh yeah i knew that. its just like solar powered homes. they install them to save money. if the panels were powered by electricity it would completely defeat the purpose of having them. actually UV rays are even stronger when its cloudy. even with lotion you can still get burned. i found that out the hard way during a cloudy day in Floriday while on vacation during July. i was swimming and figured "hey im in water and its cloudy theres no way i can get burned". well lets say it didnt turn out that way lol.

I was gonna mention that about the UV rays being stronger in cloudy weather, but I wasn't sure. Now I is!
