Lame pun title is lame.
I decided to take a different approach to the shading/highlights in coloring him. This went a little faster, and I think the end result is better.

Flying indeed. i still don't get how they name some of these Transformers. you would think Starscream would be a space shuttle or something, or at least a Russian jet which would have a star on it. but i guess thats how it is

Well, if he were a shuttle, he'd be Star-Roar or Starquake (watch a few shuttle launch videos, and you'll catch my drift

Well, you get what i'm trying to say lol. though im pretty sure the name for a space shuttle one would need to be worked out some more lol. its still a strange name to call a jet guy. there are some others like that but i'm too tired and they won't come to mind. still i think he should have been a Russian jet since the red star on it would have made his name make more sense, also him being Russian would make it clear why hes evil lol 
As for the Decepticons loving high tech stuff, i don't think Devastator got the memo lol.

The shading and highlights I agree did come out pretty good. The Chroma of each color really sticks out and compliments the style. There is a lot of contrast in the areas of shading and highlights.
