Finally finished the reference for Koi's new design. It's a little sloppy in some places, because I was getting lazy at the end. Also, I was having a lot of trouble with his right arm, so if it looks weird, that's why.Design notes: he does not have the SeaWing glowing scales, or the RainWing camouflage scales.
