If the following were animals, they'd be (some have options):

Dean - either a wolf or a duck (blue steel)
Sam - puppy with moossed fur or a giraffe
Bobby - beaver (it makes sense and he's innovative!) or an orangatan (spelling?)
Jo - wild horse aka mustang
Ellen - shark
Ash - owl (wisdom) or a toucan (colorful and delivers messages)
Chuck - chicken little ("The sky is falling! The sky is falling!" yet nobody listens.)
Becky - hyena (because of fangirl laughing or squeeing)
Rufus - goat (eats anything)
John - bear
Meg - pesty little disgusting insect, like a roach
Crowley - frog (but he doesn't turn into a handsome prince and he's poisonous)
Yellow Eyes - scorpion
Samuel - silver back gorilla (being the patriarch of the family)
Lilith - crocodile (eats cute babies)

Yeah, I know right! Cas as a frog is hilarious! Fourth season whenever I saw him all I saw was a frog with a Castiel head!
Giraffe just suits Sam, they're both tall!
Ash! OMG! I love him! I just recently watched an old episode of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer and Ash was on there! I was like slapping my sis's arm "That's Ash! That's Ash! It's Ash!" all fangirly-like! It was fun!
Yep, my sis helped me with the Chuck one! so credit really goes to her!
Yeah, Anna is like a doe, very skittish, but then once she knew she was an angel...she was badass scary! LOL!
