So as I said, I drew this to celebrate I've been in DA for 10 years! Technically I drew this about 9 years ago, but this is the oldest drawing I like from my gallery, the older ones are too crappy. This was a "remake" or "draw this again" of
It took me about 8 hours and 30 min, I don't usually put so many shadows and light layers but I felt it was too flat with just the habitual layer. I like to draw like if I was doing a comic or animations so I usually don't feel the need to add too much deep to the shadows.

Also if you like to know a bit more of this drawing's story: this was me when I was about 17 years old and the cat was my kitty Umbra, who was always there taking care for me when nobody else was. Cats are usually selfish asholes and I love them for it, but when you feel bad they know and they come and cuddle with you like if they wanted to cheer you up. That's why I freaking love what this piece represents.
