Sophie wanted to become overweight by her own choice to follow her mother's example that you can be overweight and healthy, but she didn't think about her sister Lexi was traumatized about her mother getting very sick when they were younger. When Lexi saw her sister big and stuffed she was less than happy about it and Sophie suggesting Lexi to also become overweight only made it worse.Lexi on the other hand has been rather workaholic lately, she keeps asking for more and longer shifts, she even works on weekends non-stop and hasn't taken a day off in a long time. She hasn't visited her family or friends in weeks and rarely has any time to rest or relax, she's been very stressed lately and seeing her sister as an overeater asking her to become chubby too, she snapped.
Lexi doesn't want her sister to get sick, Sophie doesn't want her sister to keep overworking.

Lexi: Well sorry if I constantly have to be on duty for when my paitents need me!........ besides how am I supposed to support this, I had a mother who hasn't been taking care of herself like she should and you wanna know what happened?, SHE HAD A HEART ATTACK!!.....she flat lined Sophie, I tried for twenty minutes to get a pulse and nothing, no pulse nothing and I had to tell her family she didn't make it, do you know how hard that was for me to do that!?, So don't be coming in hear yelling at me for caring about your health because it is my job, not just as your sister but as a doctor!!!!!!

Sophie: *Puts a mirror in front of Lexi's face to show Lexi her eyebags* When was the last time you took a nap? I'm not yelling at you because you care about me, I'm yelling at you because I'm worried about you! Being fat may be unhealthy, but do you know what is also unhealthy? Overworking, stressing out, lack of sleep, and starving! *Tears up* You take care of others' health, but not your own!

Lexi: *tears up and falls to her knees, crying* Your right!.......This place is sucking the life, out me!, I'm tired, I'm hungry and I miss you so much but seeing that paitent scared the hell out of me Sophie, I kept seeing your face and moms and I began to panic......I was afraid Sophie and I'm still afraid, I know this comes with the job and I need to be strong but when mom had been so depressed you have no idea how traumatic that was for me and seeing that paitent die right there......
