I don't know, the style in general i guess: it's very well defined and "cut", it reminds me of old cartoon network cartoons and that one in particular.
Sorry if i don't make sense, i have zero knowledge of how visual art is actually done and what the various techniques are called so i have no way of actually explaining it except as a sort of feel.
