That is the culture yes. ITs actually going to be somewhat of a combo. I really like the feel of the Mass Effect series and other sci fi things. So the cites are going to be pretty advanced, no flying cars, but still.
however. The culture of Kalos is a mix of Scottish, Celtic and Norse. Those 3. Three types of nationalities in Kalos witch will come to play in the comic.
