Of course that hand grabbing him downward was Neah, while the other one... it could be Lenalee's or Mana's or Kanda's or somewhat that will do anything to save Allen

Onmyou-Za is pretty cool, just some-to-most of their songs are hard to translate because they're in old Japanese.
