A little bit ahead of it's debut, but meh
OOO Ultimate form, the Purple Combo made from the mythical extinct beast medals. It's the PuToTyra Combo! (Ptera, Tricera, Tyranno)
I can't wait for this combo to debut, seeing as it seems to be so freakin powerful, to the point where it goes berserk whenever it feels like! I'm also waiting to see what Giru, the Dinosaur Greeed, looks like! But for now, we have merely this crest, symbolising crazy shit to come!

the way i see it, putotyra combo is like an antithesis to tajadol combo. tajadol is all about using desire (e.g. the giga scan) + fire powers and putotyra uses emptiness and ice powers. like a bad reflection

The colorful Core Medals (ใณใขใกใใซ, Koa Medaru?) are the O Medals that allow Kamen Rider OOO to transform and change between his various Combos. The five types of Core Medals were originally fifty created by human scientists 800 years ago as a means to create artificial life, drawing from characteristics of different animals, forming the core of the Greeed before one Medal in each set was destroyed. Each Greeed has a specific shade of color that their Core Medals come in: Ankh's Core Medals are red, Uva's are green, Kazari's are yellow, Mezool's are blue, and Gamel's are gray. In the beginning, after stealing some from his fellow Greeed, Ankh holds many of the Core Medals and gives them to Eiji when he wants him to fight as Kamen Rider OOO. Later, Ankh gives Eiji the Taka, Tora, and Batta Medals so he can defend himself when Ankh is not around. However, seeing Eiji's first use of the Latorartar Combo as reckless, Ankh takes the Core Medals back, stating he should have never given them to Eiji in the first place.[42]
A sixth set of 10 purple-colored Core Medals is later revealed, embodiments of hollowness that destroy desire. Five of these Medals enter Eiji's body when they sense his lack of desire, having a profound effect on him by allowing him to sense a Yummy and appearing on the OOO Driver on their whim. Actually, the purple form stands for extinct and fantasy creatures, and it's not the final form. There's the Burakamiwa Combo (Orange Combo), or Reptile combo.

if I remember right someone posted a link in your profile to an image of ooo's in an orangeish combo with an armadillo from what it looked like a turtle and an alligator, but still the combo crest for the dino medals looks awsome

Sadly, this is the last combo he gets in the show. However, there's still the Burakawani combo for the movie, and the white combo which is Ganbaride exclusive. And the black core combo, which when the EX set comes out, we'll finally learn the name of, if it has any.
