Well the plot is this is the guys main memory and he's the nephew of Ryubee and has a Gaia Driver, but when he ends up being tracked down, as a last resort, sticks six other Gaia Memories into his driver, which combines to make him a living natural Disaster. He's stronger than the Weather Dopant because they're all natural disasters, the worst weather can do.
