the garrett's was really never used on BR soils the LMS had the 2-6-0 +0-6-2 and the LNER 2-8-0+0-8-2 U1Class

yes as the train loads became heavier and longer it also replaced the double heading Β

there was two version of the Garrett's a standard bunker and a rotating coal bunkerΒ
