Description
Location: Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, USAOne of several shots I took on a lovely morning as the sun was rising, it created a beautiful array of purples and pinks in the sky. I was walking along the beach with my tripod and came upon this rock jetty that extends in the water (which I have walked on countless times) and decided to take a shot of it, with the pink and purple clouds as a backdrop.

I think I've been there before! Not the -exact- spot, but not too far away. I love just sitting on jetties in the early morning - nothing but the sounds and smell of the ocean. It's not something I get to do too often, but seeing this just brings me right there. =3

Yea, the last time I went was in April, but I only happened to be there for a couple hours. Before that, I hadn't been since I was about 4. It's kinda sad, seeing how it's only a couple hours away.

I want to say that it's good to understand sunrise without any explanation. you showed the sunrise in your photo.
