Inspiration struck me, don't ask. I know this isn't one of the most original ideas ever, but I had a ton of fun doing it!Please write constructive critique! Where could I improve?

It's a very nice piece, but I have to wonder if I see two mouths there. I could be wrong. Regardless, the technique on the mane is very nice and you clearly have a certain expertise in both color, design and shape.
It's original and pleasing to the eye, yet simple and doesn't over complicate the basic idea. The eye design is unique while the skull and basic shape of Fluttershy's muzzle are subtle and although different from Lauren Faust's basic design for ponies in general.
Over all a lovely Fluttershy and I look forward to seeing your next piece.

It's not a second mouth, it's just how I draw muzzles.
I know my style isn't very show-like, but I most people doesn't seem to mind. My goal was actually to develop a unique drawing style.
