Craftable. See Crafting journal for recipe.One use - Combine with any Wisp to turn it into a bonded Companion. Submit Wisp bonding requests via the current seasonal Info Changes journal.
As a companion, a wisp affords a bonus of +1 AP to all art or literature of the stryx it's equipped to. This bonus only applies to art/lit posted after the date the wisp was equipped.
Please note: Unlike other companions, wisp companions are non-transferable. They're one time use companions only. Once they're equipped they can not be transferred to any other Stryx. If they're removed, or switched out with another companion, the wisp will escapes forever.

O_o oh! And other than bragging points, what effect have a wisp as a companion?

The effect is still under consideration, but they may be visual companions (as in they don't have an effect, but will have versions that can be applied to your Import's image. This is not for sure yet, though.)
