Description
Just an idea I had of Ratigan coming back from the grave to haunt Basil as a ghost. I wanted to write a fic about it so badly for Halloween, but just didn't have the time. Maybe I'll get around to it one of these days. But this was just something I threw together right quick before I go to work. Sucks to work on Halloween. Thanks for looking, hope you like it

Oh man, I made this so long ago I don't remember. I think it was a brush I downloaded here from dA for GIMP, but I have no idea which one since I don't use gimp anymore and lost most of my brushes when I got a new computer :c

"As a ghost"?!?Β HowΒ hauntingly!
And you say this is for Halloween? Even more hauntingly!

This scene would work so well in a sequel!

It could happen, if Disney does make a sequel to it.
Besides, under Trivia ofΒ Basil of Baker Street - Disney Wiki , they said itΒ was actually originally intended forΒ John Cleese Β to do the voice of Basil. But John CleaseΒ turned down the role since he was cast in the Non-Disney Live Action film,Β A Fish Called Wanda,Β also released in 1986 and set in London.
So, it could be either John Clease orΒ Maurice LaMarche, who did the voice of Basil/Ratigan in 'House of Mouse'.
And yeah, if they do a sequel, this pictureΒ would work so well in a sequel.

THIS IS SO VERY AWESOME.
But onwards,
I have a question for you Amber. In the film, do you think Ratigan's fur was grey or brown? His lower muzzle is grey, yes, but his fur in the film looked like dark brown.

D'awww, thanks
Hmm... actually, I'm not sure! I've always wondered if it was brown or gray... I think I went with gray since the bottom half of his muzzle is sorta gray... but then during the Big Ben scene especially he did look brown... I've tried coloring him with brown fur before, but it looked really strange to me when I did it, so from now on I've been going with gray. But I dunno...

I always thought he was dark brown, but he had a grey underbelly like how Basil has a tan one. Eh, I don't know. He still looks fabulous! ^^

Maybe something like this for the sequel to Echoes in my Mind? (Gosh, wouldn't that be something?) No, like I said earlier, I'm still SO interested in reading the Basil/Olivia fic.

It was 90 degrees down here and I was wearing a black trench coat, jeans, and a fedora. I was a detective from an old movie.

Yeah it is. It's funny, some years it's too cold, others it's too hot! Like one year I was a vampire and wore a long sleeveless dress, but it was rainy and windy and I was freezing to death I guess it depends on where you live too, what the climate is like

Guess Halloween is just one of those holidays where you need to watch the weather, but even then you'd probably be in for a surprise.
