Some more sketches from the past few months. All featuring Basil and Amber this time. What can I say? They're my comfort ship The two sketches of them in swimwear are from last summer. Just a fun what if kinda thing because I was missing the beach back then lol. And that is my actual swimsuit! I literally took a picture of the top and pasted it onto her

The ones on the bottom were an idea for a scene in the mermaid AU. Sort of the aftermath to this: www.deviantart.com/als123/art/… My idea was that merfolk aren't allowed to have dealings with shark clans, as there's a truce or something due to past violence. Basil somehow ticked Ratigan off, and also gets in a bit of trouble back at the palace for technically breaking the law by trespassing on shark territory. Amber once again tries to come to Basil's defense, but the king is firm in his judgement. Not sure how Basil would be punished for it, probably nothing super serious. Scrubbing chariots or put on stable duty for the seahorses or something lol. I've always wanted to expand this mer-rodent world, and sketches like these are a fun way to do that
