UPDATE: Oh my goodness! ;w; Thank you all so much for all the favorites! You all make me so happy~ <3
And here's what I've been working on all week in my spare time.
He's around 3.7cm head to end of the bulb and around 3cm high. :3 (That's all under 1.5 inches)
It's the first fanart I've ever created. ^0^ (Not counting an art trade I did with my Twinny, btw.)
I realized after finishing it that the bulb on his back was too little.
Oh well, he's still cute (I hope. D: ).
Anyway, I'm planning on making all 151 of the original Pokemon. :3 It'll take a while, so who knows if I'll get to the Johto Region. XD
I may...or may not sell them on my etsy.... I'm not too sure. O.o

XD That's ok. To send a note, you can either go to my profile page and click on the top right corner-ish that says "Send a Note" or you can go into your messages and click on the "Notes" tab at the top, which will take you to the note setup. :3 Click the "Create New Note", fill out to whom it's for and the name and then the message. >w<
Pretty simple, but it can be a little confusing. :3

It takes a bit of practice and trial and error to get them the right way. @w@
I use either light or fingering/sock yarn and usually a 2.25mm crochet hook. :3 I use other sizes too, but for these little ones I mainly use the 2.25. :3

I actually didn't plan to make him too much of a chibi character. o.o I messed up on the sizing of his body and had to redo a few parts, so he's even tinier than intended. XD

I think I put the size in the artist's comment under the picture. >w< I usually do, so I think I did this time too. I was tired when I uploaded him so I don't remember. 
And no, I sadly don't.
What I do recommend about crocheting small stuff is small hooks and yarn. :3
For example, I used Light yarn and Fingering yarn for this wee one. ^0^ And I think a 2.25mm hook. :3
Another recommendation is keeping stitches tight. :3 The tighter they are, the more difficult, but the smaller they become. :3 This wee one was made with pretty tight stitches. @w@
