And here's part two!
This is the giant reason why I've been so quiet this week. ;w; I've been fixing up the large Totoro and making Chibi and Chu Totoro and also a Charizard for Maria. ;w;
I really hope she likes them~ I'm so sleep deprived, but I'm happy I finally finished them. <3
They're insanely big. The Charizard there is the largest pokemon I've made and is the same size as the one I've posted to dA a while ago. Comparing my usual creating sizes, this order was definitely the largest I've made. So big in fact that I couldn't use my usual lightbox. @w@ What you see behind them is the door to the laundry room from my room. >.<;
Now onto a pony order and then another rush order. I'm going to try and squeeze in Wartortle if I can, but I might just sleep in till noon to compensate for the lack of sleep. >.<
Well, good night all and I hope to see you around and will reply to all your comments and replies once I stop seeing two screens.
Here's hoping these also reach Italy safely as the first batch did. >w<

Part 1 of the order:
Patterns for all three Totoro courtesy of Lucy Ravencar (without my minor modifications done to each piece to achieve a similar shape to hers):

Totoro, Chibi Totoro, Chu Totoro are the property of Studio Ghibli.
Charizard is the property of Nintendo.

I like.
Sorry I haven't been working on that mystery lately. I don't want that story to fall into the book of fragments. I've just been trying trying to find the encouragement to continue writing.

Awesomeness!
And just look at that size difference! XD My fave is Chu Totoro because he has always been my fave in the movie as well. I just actually tried to watch it the other day... O____O Its insane! The kids are on crack! XD I had to turn the movie of because I couldnt stand them. Hahahhaha. Btw, can I ask you a more personal question? And you dont have to answer of course, but you are a professional in this - by that do you mean that you only do this and its your work? I mean, you dont have a side work or study or something? If not, how is it? And do you earn enough a month to pay rents and all that? I ask because I really wanna have my sculpting as my job (and become a writer on the side) but I dont know if its managable. Okay, Im not near as popular as you but Im trying to reach out to many and make myself known and it is going forward. ^^

Thanks! I know, right? @w@ Just giant that huge Totoro!
Oh gosh, I know, right? XDDD The kids really made my brow twitch. @w@
Yep, this is my job now. I'm still living with my parents while I get things settled for now. I'm hoping that things will go well enough for me that I won' have to take a side job. >.< It really does depend on if one can get the word out and if demand can be met effectively.

Hahahha, yeah! Especially when they begin to destroy the house and the bathtub scene is hillarious and so crazy. XDDD
YouΒ΄re so living the life I wanna live.
I wanna live on my sculpting but I dont know if I can/dare. I live at home and have been studyng for librarianship, but I took a paus for a year last fall because I couldnt take it anymore. I was so depressed (for 1,5 years) when I studied. I tried to look that aside but it only got worse. First I thougth I was lazy and stupid and didnt wanna take resposibility over life, but then I started to believe that the depression that only grew stronger till the verge where I didnt even get why I should live at all was really my body and mind telling me that Im not suited for it. (Studying "Information and library science" is one of the hardest university programs).
Well, now my free year is over soon and I need to decde if I should continue on that program or try for the thing I wanna do and will be happy with. (and I think Ive really become so much better on this short half of a year when I have sculpted and I love it so much). But I will need money and can I get that on my sculpting? Enough? At the same time its not even sure I will get a library job since about 500 people try for each and every job that become free AND they are closing down library after library in a fast pace. I wish there was an easy answer to this...
Ah, sorry for this long comment, you dont have to answer to it Im happy though that you try to live your dream!!! And that your parents seem fine with it!

XD Yeah! Oh gosh, that scene. The poor sootsprites. XDDD
I'm trying to live it. ;w; Lars was going to try the librarian route too but yeah, he did tell me about the closures. Everything in Sweden isn't as peachy as the politicians want everyone to believe.
I had the similar problem with my own depression, but amigurumi makes me happy, so I just keep making them. :3 I think you should definitely try going for what makes you happy. :3 If you're happy, others can see it and they will make note of you. ^^
The only thing that is stopping you from trying out selling sculpting is you (and materials, but I digress). If you want to go for your dream, you should go for it, even if it can be terrifying and uncertain. :3
You can of course try going along two paths: that of librarian (although that's even more uncertain than sculpting), and that of sculpting.
It's up to you in the end, and I will try helping where I can, but the decision is all yours. ^w^
If you do go with sculpting, you will have to be insanely regular with what you make, be efficient, fast, and yet have the best quality you can make. It's crazy, but I'm working on it and I'm getting there given time, so I know you can do it if you set your mind to it. ^w^
XD That's ok, I will always answer. >w<
My parents are still wary. XD They want me to be financially secure, but that's sort of tough to do with crafts. XD We're at the whims of our customers.

Thank you so much for your reply! It was a great and wonderful one that really helped a lot!
No librarys are going down and in a fast pace, then again I think if he really love it he will be able to get a job. As for me... Im simply not pulled toward it, at all. I tried but I gradually lost all happiness I had. Tried to see beyond it but it didnt work out. Ive come to understand that there are people that aret "build" to study, and Im one of them. While I studied I tried to be creative, I tried to sculpture but because school was so demanding and I was in a state of exaustion all the time I simply stopped, I didnt even write (wich is my absolute biggest passion - like breathing), and so I only got more and more depressed. Thats why I think I really need to listen to my heart and mind and go for the things I love and not think that "I should stay on the safe side". Because if I stay there I might get a job sure, but I will never be happy.
The problem for me is that sculpting take rather long time. And I know Im not fast. Although Ive been making some heads and feet for "fur dolls", you know the cute dolls of "baby" animals and such that they sell around here. It was very fun and I really think I could sell them. Also Ive been thinking of starting a small dog daycare - taking care of some 3 dogs at an own apartment and in that way earn some extra every month. ^^ It could work. I dont need to earn much, I dont care for luxory, just to be able to pay everything that need to be paid.
My parents think Im stupid and waste away my life. (Because they get panicked when I dont get a proper education that can bring in the money). But I mean, I have tried! Ive tried 2 times over and it didnt work. I think I just really have to live my life difrently, I cant follow the stream like many of the rest, I need to find a way that make me happy - and that is to sculpt and write.

It's my pleasure and I'll always try to help. ^w^
They're worse down in Stockholm apparently. He doesn't really love it I think, but he does like it. However, with the whole having to need the "unemployment" agency, finding a job hasn't gone well. He actually started up sculpting since it's what he really loves doing. XD
Exactly. There are too many people who go for a job just to be safe and forget or ignore their need to be happy. Though it is understandable this desire to be stable, but if you work hard on what you love and reach out to a lot of people in the same community, things will always go well for you. :3
Ahhh I see, that could be a good idea. :3 As long as you limit how many dogs. ;3
I do know that sculpting takes a long time to do, so have you thought about making more smaller ones to sell around for cheaper? As my uncle told me, it's better to sell a fast nickle than a slow dime. ^w^ And it would help a little bit. I need to design small and cute creations that are cheap to do that too actually.
Your parents are only worried about your stability as mine are, but they will support you even if they don't show it.
Yeah, you and I want to swim towards happiness instead of gloominess. >.<
