This looks pretty close to perfect. The only criticism I could offer is that maybe (maybe?) the contrast levels in ScarJo's face might be a bit stronger than those in the rest of the pic. Hard to say though. Maybe just the black levels for her face? Not sure. It's hard to find any faults here! Hmmmm. Maybe it's the sharpness? Did you have to increase the size of the face picture from the original? I'm honestly not sure what it is... There's somerhing here that's off, but just barely. Oh! And I just noticed the pierced nips under the shirt. Not a turn-on for me, though I love what they imply. Anyway, damn good all around!

Scarlett's face was a bigger image.Β I think the original image had a lot of blur in it, that I never transferred to the face.Β that might be the issue.
Also, first time doing nip piercings. I hope so more practice will help on those.

looks good to me.....I like it. Lots of times if I want to blend surface texture I'll make a duplicate layer and ether add noise or blur and then fade the layer out till they closely match. And just grab the two layers and merge.
