Description Marvin ([link] ) again.

Along with Roarasaur, my Tyranitar. Sometimes my Pokémon battle each other for practice when they're bored. I don't encourage it, but I won't stop them either, as long as they're just letting off steam and not arguing over who gets the Rage Candybar.

So how does a little psychic weirdo win against a big scary dark dinosaur? Toxic. (and Recover. Lots of recovering.)

Toxic is perhaps my favorite Pokémon move ever. Something about watching it take up more and more HP each turn is just so sickly satisfying. And pretty much every Pokémon can learn it.

I love the style used here.
It looks so nice and cool!

I love toxic as well; I'm more of a Will-O-Wisp person, but watching the pokemon slowly faint is satisfying. owo;

I love your texture use on this one. Also, Toxic for the win.

Poor Roarasaur, he should have used Rest!

Personally, I avoid Toxic on my teams. It takes 6 turns to faint an opponent if your Pokemon is doing nothing else to contribute to the damage (such as spamming Recover), whereas a good attacking move will produce the same result in about 2-3 turns at most.

The one exception is my Tentacruel in Gen 2, where he has Wrap to force opponents to stay in and take the damage as well as Substitute to guard against status moves and super effective attacks. It really IS satisfying!

Well, I like to start off a battle against an intimidating opponent with Toxic. Because unless they have Rest or some way to restore themselves, or you're fighting some NPC who's going to whip out Full Restore on you, it's damage you can count on every turn, getting worse and worse, no matter what else the opponent does to your strength or their defense or your accuracy, etc. It's proven itself useful for me, and I like to fill up my Pokémon's move slots with it until something that seems more essential for them comes along.

Yeah, I see what you mean. It certainly explains why Marvin here is laying a smackdown on Roarasaur. Very nice job on that, btw!

Indeed, Toxic is an EXCELENT move!
I really like the drawing, Tyranitar's expression is awesome!
I don't really know what is the other pokemon but it looks cool, I guess you added the hat like shape, it gives him personality! ;D

Thank you!

Actually, while I did style him quite a bit, the "hat" is part of his original design: [link] which is inspired by the idea of aliens trying to hide themselves in society with trenchcoats, hats, etc. They are one of my favorite Pokémon from the new generation

Yes! I too love Toxic! My favorite tactic: get my Bisharp to use it, then Iron Defense over and over again. And if for some reason the battle still isn't over, start Double Teaming. So satisfying...

Not to mention Toxic/Leech Seed. That was the best combo ever. Sadly, the developers realized how cheap it was and took it out after only the first generation. XD But I used to work it to my advantage in Pokémon Stadium all the time.
