Okay. First the technical stuff. I adore the lineart here. You've got a cute style. Thick black lines and it still looks kinda sketchy, kinda reminds me of old indie comics. The Lineart COULD be tidier but I accept that it's just your personal style for now :3. You've got some good grasp of colouring right there, nice dark shades, and you've got some cool cell shading right there, but it's kinda subtle and you'd easily miss it if you didn't squint.
Your backgrounds are kinda...iffy. I mean, they look well drawn, but the structure and spacing is just off enough to be jaring. I mean her cooker and tabletops are all bendy and warped. But it's cute.
The character herself however is really well drawn. She looks cute and she's got a very cute facial expression. I love her and wish to marry her. Well done :3
