Great observation! I never thought of it that way! Now you made me hungry for Char Siu (Hawaiian barbecued spareribs). I tell you what...I'm having a luau at the end of this semester; with barbecue and all the trimmings! Come on down to Hawaii and don't forget your hula skirt!
