In this universe, Alphys managed to create the artificial determination, and because of that she manage to create a determination soul. They gived it to Flowey so he can turn back to be Asriel and live his live with Toriel and Asgore. This event happened after Frisk did the pacifist route and breaking the barrier so everyone had a happy ending. Don't get fooled with his new look since he has the same powers as the main universe, so he still a god but he won't use his powers since he only wants to live happily with his friends.
