darn I was right...I read into these to much. I have a character very similar to this...using her own flesh and blood to expand her empire, she doesn't even view them as sentient being, just pounds of flesh that are used for her whims.

she doesn't have her own story, but the character in question has made a appearance in my previous stories. I think of her as a combination of Matron Malice from the Drizzit series and Carla from Record of Lodoss war.
