The last tribute to "Eyes on the back of the head" Everypony including Twilight saw Peter's greatest accomplishment ever as Spider-Man, when he defeated Thanos, the mad titan, and got the infinity gauntlet. Princess Luna thinks if Peter has unlimited power at his disposal, he could be a god to his world, but Peter knew that the Infinity Gauntlet is too dangerous for anyone to wield, so he restored the universe back to normal. Twilight was in tears because she now understands that Peter is the greatest hero in history.

They would probably think that if he ever showed up in Equestria, that he would be a far more dangerous enemy than Tirek or Discord. Although in this continuation, since Tirek has yet to show up, only Celestia and Luna would have that knowledge, thereby being the only ones to think how fortunate they are that they won't ever have to worry about dealing with a being like him.
And in terms of "supreme being", wouldn't that title technically go more towards Galactus? Last time I checked, even Thanos was at Galactus's mercy when he challenged him.

What about the Kree? I mean what the Ponies think of these them? You know... the Kree called themselves are civilized while they doing the absolute opposite and have thousands of the star systems under their rules.
