Spider-Man refuses to kill Osborn for what happened to Gwen, it won't bring her back, and he'll be the same as him. He was going to take Goblin to the police until his spider-sense went off and dodged the glider hit, and Green Goblin died at his own hand.This is Norman Osborn's first death.
