I have a theory for the show Marvel's Spider-Man.

So ever since the mystery villain during a moment in episode 4 of Maximum Venom. I have a feeling Norman Osborn is still alive. And that he would be the final boss to end the series. Since Connors took that seed at the end of episode 3. Perhaps he uses Max Modell's research to create a red symbiote (Carnage) for Norman Osborn. ANd If maybe if Norman is using the Jackel's serums to keep himself rejunivnated, then maybe with the carnage symbiote to become... The Red Goblin. And use it to create carnage across New York, take down all of Spider-Man's allies. Ghost Spider, Spider-Girl, Miles Morales (Spy-D) and Hobgoblin. So that he can fully take his revenge on Spider-Man once and for all.

Now, Norman Osborn coming back with a symbiote for revenge is all i could think of since episode 1 and 3. And it would make sense to use the carnage symbiote as the final boss. And maybe Norman Osborn will make him the true final boss to end the series. But that's my theory.
