This is what I think that's gonna happen to Ludo. Since I saw Toffee's arm. My theory is that Toffee is going through a metamorphosis and Ludo is his vessel. Toffee will re-grow his body but it will still be Ludo in the out side. Plus I added the chip bag to grow as well because do you really want to see Toffee-Ludo in his underwear or naked. I don't think so.
Ludo and Toffee are own by Disney XD
Hope this is what Toffee will look like in season 3 before he changes his clothes.

I'm pretty sure Toffee would find something else to wear. Since he has the power of the wand, I'm under the impression he'd want to conjure up something with a little more dignity. Anyway, I'm also under the impression he's only using Ludo as a temporary vessel til he can get his finger back and go back to his old form. Why would anyone wanna voluntarily stay in the form of Ludo I mean come on!

It's just my theory. Plus I know he'll he'll change his clothes if he is going through a metamorphosis. But i I hope he'll look like this for a little while when his metamorphosis is complete.

Well I want him to wear that bag until his metamorphosis is complete.
Also I put in my description that I don't think so to a naked Toffee. I did just briefly before but that was a reference to ultimate spider man
