I think it would be interesting if different ponies and other creatures came to see this statue and began gloating at the villains. I can imagine Thorax and Pharyx visiting this statue with Pharyx telling Thorax, "She can't hear you." And then Thorax says, "Actually, she can. Discord said he could hear what Celestia said while he was turned to stone, so why can't Chrysalis." And Chrysalis in her head would be saying, "I wish I could speak so I could tell Thorax how pathetic of a leader he is."
