She is indeed and after what happened she's finally starting to understand that and likely feels Gulit, Trauma, Sadness and remorse over it particularly towards but instead confronting those emotions she's repressing them and masking them with Anger. Which is only gonna hurt herself more.

After watching the new episode I think the 3rd friend is with the newts Anne was founded by the frogs, Sasha was founded by the toads, and so the 3rd one is with the newts
