I don't care what the creators at ComiCon say, Tim Drake is the Robin in "Young Justice!" His personality is too similar to Tim's in the show, and so's the costume!

Growl. In my opinion, the Robin in "YJ" pales in comparison to the Robin in "Teen Titans (the show, of course!)." For one thing, he was much more hands-on in the latter, while annoying YJ Robin is more of a hacker, hides in the shadows too much and never seems to be particularly helpful to the team. And don't even get me started on that irritating laugh of his that's supposed to scare criminals. Epic failβ¦
I dunno, just in general, I think the Young Justice show pales in comparison to Teen Titans. If nothing else, it's just overrated! I don't know what it was, but there was something about how in Teen Titans, everybody seemed to look good together, and their voices were so distinct, that they just really resonated with me, and obviously with a lot of other people, too! Not to mention they only had a couple of decent spats here and there, but it was nothing they couldn't solve at the end of the episode. It was really five friends who really cared about each other in almost every way.
Whereas with Young Justice, they look and feel NOTHING like a real team. Whenever I tune in to an episode, they're always fighting with each other, and in particular, the third episode really ticked me off (the one where they're fighting Mr. Twister), because after the first battle, everybody was just yelling their heads off at Miss Martian (who I didn't like anyway, she's just too annoying!) and just getting really unnecessarily angry at her for a tiny mistake (mistaking Mr. Twister for Red Tornado), and I was literally jaw-dropped at how stupid they were being! I mean, Superboy's just an angry jerk, Robin's annoying (I believe I already said that), Kid Flash is annoying, MARTIAN-CHICK'S annoying ("Hello, MEGAN!?!?" grrrβ¦), Aqualad isn't too bad, and WE ALL KNOW Artemis is a traitor, so I DON'T EVEN LIKE HER EITHER!!! ARGH!!!
Young Justice makes me mad, and I can't even begin to say how much it pales in comparison to Teen Titans. Teen Titans was magic, the chemistry was great, the voice-work was supernatural (and in Slade's case, chilling!), and I have many fond childhood memories of them. YJ is just a cheap knockoff in my opinion, and they NEED to get their act together! Just my opinionβ¦

LOL Robin does close to nothing
action-wise in YJ and it's rather
disappointing because almost all of the
Robins have exceptional skills.
And I don't really see TT and YJ
as competing, because they both happened
in the actual comics. If you read the
actual TT and YJ comics they're a bit
different anyway because YJ was formed
after TT and different Robins were in each.
So I don't really prefer judging everything
based on the cartoons that aren't completely
accurate because things weren't that perfect in
the actual Teen Titans, or for any team for that
matter.
But yeah the voice actors for TT were
really good, but hey, since Cyborg's actor
plays Aqualad at least you get something
out of that right? xDD

I know they were never competing, as they shouldn't. I liked the Titans show better than the book (too much soap opera! Like Star Trek: TNG!), and I liked the YJ comic better than the show (the characters are more likable, and Robin carries his weight more!). I just have a weird sense of comparing things to classic films to see why certain aspects of certain shows don't work compare to these examples, that's just how I work!
Also, I have no idea how well Young Justice is doing in terms of its reception ('cuz stupid Wikipedia won't show it!!!), so I don't know if it's just me being crazy by saying the YJ show is lame, or if other people agree with me, I just need to get this stuff outβ¦! Y'know?

And I don't really know either?
I just have a hard time drawing TT characters
and since YJ has been more recent that's why
I tend to sway that way, but yeah it's perfectly
fine to voice your opinion. xD
I honestly think the reason people like YJ
might be because the art style is a bit less anime-y?
But don't worry you have a lot of others
who still like TT, though many share a passion
for both shows now.
