Bio: Born in a time before the great mushroom war, Cellic lived a good life. She was in love with her high school sweetheart, managed the local pet store, and was expecting her first child. All that changed when the war hit. Now with almost no memory of her life before the big explosion Cellic lives her life day by day, and tries to not dwell on the past.

Relationships with other OCs/Characters:
-Roy, woman who hired her to remove waste from her shop. (Reference )
-Rhys, man that works for Roy. (Ref to be added, OC belongs to Phooma12345 )

Extras:
-She has an old teddy bear that used to belong to her son.
-She's very protective and territorial of her dump. No one can enter besides the garbage men that come to drop off more junk.
-She has a collection of radioactive contaminated items.
-Doesn't leave her dump for long periods of time.
-Tends to mumble and talk to herself.
-Her body emits low radiation 24/7. Nothing to harm anyone unless they're around her constantly or immune to radiation.
-One of the side effects from the nuclear bomb from the war allowed her to see in night vision.
