Here it is, colored at last! I have to say, my favorite part has to be Yuya's kimono.Characters are from the manga Samurai Deeper Kyo, hence why Kyo's original body has black hair instead of red. I like him with the red hair from the anime, but I prefer the manga, to be honest.
I shall say this. I want something like this to happen in the manga so bad I'm getting ready to scrape together some money, fly to Japan, and hold the creator hostage until he draws it for me. :-D
My first artwork of 2004! Woo! Done on Strathmore paper with colored pencils. As usual. ^_^

i like the love story between KYO/YUYA!! Although they dnt have the guts to tell how they really feel with each other, it is pretty "OBVIOUS" that they actually give a damn at each other! Both ANIME and MANGA! Sorry SAKUYA Fans, KYO/YUYA rules!!!

Anyways the picture is gorgous and I am in complete agreement...I think that Yuya and Kyo would just be...well, perfect! ^.^ I love the interplay between them in the manga and I really really think there is something there. And if there isn't I will help with the money and pass you the torture implements when we get to Japan. Judging by the other comments it sounds like there would be a contingent of us Yuya/Kyo shippers, ne? ^.~

Thanks! I'm so glad that you like it! Like you, I LOVE the interplay between Kyo and Yuya, and just WAIT until the manga starts to get into the higher numbers! ESPECIALLY around volume 18 and 22. Mainly volume 22, we get to see Kyo go NUTS over something that happens to Yuya. Shame I can't read it, but oh well, PRETTY PICTURES!
Yay! A third person added to our "Stalk and force Kamijyo to draw Kyo/Yuya stuffage" campaign! And you're right, looks like there would be a nice turn out for it.

The anime's not as great as the manga. But, I still love it! Umm, sadly, there isn't a scene like that, though. Haven't seen the anime in english (I'd love to hear what Kyo's voice sounds like...)
