Remember this scene, my fellow Tammy fans?I am fully aware that Tamora Pierce herself ships Briar and Tris, but somehow I like seeing these two together. While all four of the team have totally different personalities, these two are a total contrast. (I know Tris is, too, but in some points Tris and Briar thinks the same way).
Β It's somewhat peaceful and sweet... I don't know, Sandry really needs to loosen up and brighten herself. She has the darkest head in my opinion. Briar ought to take out her childish side.
Ignoring the pairings, I think the relations might be like this (in my head)
Sandry is like a dear sister, even probably big sister or little sister.
Daja is like... bro? Well, I like seeing the two of them as well-in a different way.
Tris is... well, Briar really likes playing around with her.

On another note... am I getting tired of tsunderes? I thought I should be shipping Briar and Tris but...

I *adore* the two of them together! I like to think that way down the line they end up taking over Discipline cottage from Lark and Rosethorn together. I really do think it's rare for him to come out of his shell which makes it so touching when he does - and I love how this scene in particular made it sound like he's usually this way with Sandry ;w; bless these two I love them so much

Yes! Most people ship Briar and Tris but, they are both cynical and I think Briar and Sandry has a nice dynamic X3

They do! I'm always struck by how much Briar thinks of her during Street Magic when he's away from home - almost all of his thoughts about Winding Circle are about her, so much that he even writes a letter to her during the book ;w; I love them all. And I agree! I think Tris would be happier with someone a little more optimistic to help her see a little more good in the world, instead of more cynicism ;;
