Some idea I had after watching The Clone Wars series. I don't think I have ever felt so much pity for a bunch of fictional men

Anyway, I might be a nerd but not quite nerdy enough to know my StarWars stuff inside and out. Hence, it might be that this idea already exists canonically and I am simply unaware of it or that is so utterly otherwordly that it would never work.
Either way, a "Reconditioning Unit" would basically be a therapist and/or (alternatively) a "brainwashing" device/droid for clones on Kamino, dealing with trauma and other quirks that would take shape and were either undesirable or affecting the clones' performance overall.
I thought it was way more cost efficient than terminating and growing a new clone. Plus, if they were actually employed by the Kaminoans, they might be more aware of the additions made to the clones' DNA. That would make them somewhat more proficient at dealing with the soldiers while also erasing possible traces of malfunction without alerting the Jedi Order.
