Description

Well this took a while to make. 1 hour on the rough sketch, 8 hours full pencil sketch, 7 hour doing the line art and procrastinating, and 5 hours doing the colour (20 hours total) over the span of 4 days. HAND CRAMP

But, about the picture, I drew this to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Crash Bandicoot the platforming champion. Even though the 20th anniversary isn't until August/September, I couldn't wait to draw most of the cast of the Crash gang. I first got into the franchise when I was 6 when my parent bought me Crash: Wrath of Cortex (which I loved), then played Twinsanity (my favourite of the series) the played Attack of the Titan and Mind Over Mutant (which I loved btw, don't judge), then Crash team racing and crash tag team racing, Crash bash, and finally the original trilogy (backwards I know).

Sorry that I could fit in every characters of the series, I had enough to put these 27 characters, I think there was about 5-10 characters (either I forgot that they existed or I left hem out because of spacing issues) I had to leave out, so sorry about that

I love how the picture turned out, gloating here, sorry XD but some of the characters didn't turn out as good as hoped, oh well, you get what you get. And what we get is, way better than I thought it would of turned out!

The elementals-They were the first I coloured, so, they are some of the best in the picture

Aku Aku and Uka Uka- yeah, I love colouring in these two, yes they are sneering at each other, I mean being brothers and in different affiliations basically mean they would hate each other.

Tawna-She's very awkward to draw when you Dad is next to you, yeah, you can see why that doesn't go down to well XD But other than that, I spent a while doing her colouring with how much curves I have to work around.

Fake Crash- I love this character, thank you faulty product design!

Pura and Polar- Both adorable, and Polar doesn't give a crud X3

Pasadena- Honestly, other than her voice, her characters is very interesting to me, like the design is very nice and fluid, even if I screwed up her jacket design, I was so confused on what it was supposed to look like

Pinstripe Potoroo- Even if I had barely enough room for him, I could leave him out plus there was a bit of a gap that needed something.

Coco-I mixed a bunch of her different designs into one cuz I had no idea which one to choose, so she's a mixed bag of a design. Thank God there's a female characters who is both geeky yet girly without making me want to punch a wall. Thank you for making her such a great character!

Oxide- Yes, eat the bandicoots head. Crunch is too stupid to realize. I always thought he could fly even if he can't, this is my rules people XD

Crunch-Stupid yet loveable, I loved him way better in the wii era of Crash over the feral version of him. he's my loveable idiot XD

Koala Kong-I needed to fill up another gap, so have a buffed up koala

N.Tropy- I am in love with his character design, it's a time lord character that doesn't look generic. As for his character, yeah, he 's pretty cool, even if you destroy him too early in Warped than I'd like, oh well, good character, great design

Tiny Tiger-I screwed it up, I didn't know which design to do so I merged it all together, and it came out wrong

Dingodile-Not much to say about him, other than the design is alright, and his character, even if he is alright I guess, his boss fight was my favourite of the game and loved how it plays out

Ripper Roo- I love Ripper, and I'm pretty sure his backstory would be interesting as all heck, I mean, he used to be a professor before he went crazy insane. Plus I love his design even if I always fail the tongue

Victor and Moritz-A couple of parrots that, without them, Crash highly likely wouldn't exist as a character in a weird paradox sort of way. I always get the two mixed up, was Moritzs the slightly stupid one or the slightly smarter one? I dunno

N.Brio-Such an awkward name to pronounce but he was hysterical in Mind Over Mutant, he is quite a, meh, character, but nontheless, I like him all the same, pretty interesting is also a factor in his personality

Nina Cortex-I love drawing Nina, her design really appeals to me and interests me. Something about her design in Twinsanity I love and she was interesting addition to the cast. One of my favourite characters for sure (plus sorry for the fact I messed up her mouth shape, I dunno what happened with my pen when I was lining it)

N.Gin-I messed up the design so bad I'm sorry, I thought I would of done one of my favourite characters real well. But eeeeehhhhhh, anyway, his character interests me, the henchman who never gets a break and is completely insane. My favourite type of character in some aspects. Also the 'N' doesn't have a proper meaning like all the others, but I'm pretty sure 'Nitro' would be hilarious word play. Nitro Gin, perfect XD

Cortex- AKA one of the best villains ever made in gaming. He's the pathetic yet powerful type done well, always trying to destroy the simplest minded of bandicoot's, only to end in fail...For 20 years. (kinda like team rocket, right?) Plus his vice, oh his voice, it's the most perfect voice one could think of for a character like that

And of course- Crash Bandicoot - The titular character, is an idiot. Welp, that's about it, Crash is simply and crashing bashing idiot. But my childhood would be nothing without him, he's truly an amazing hero and life wouldn't be the same. Thanks you Sony for bringing us a mascot that we all truly love.
